[2] If an Aqua "Tearlaments" monster(s) is sent to your GY by card effect: You can send 1 Level 4 or lower Aqua monster from your Deck to the GY, then for the rest of the turn, if you sent a non-"Tearlaments" monster, you cannot activate effects of monsters with the same name as the sent monster.
