This deck is all about beatdown and stun! At its core, we summon high attack level 8 fiend monsters such as Archfiend Empress and Curse Necrofear, to help overwhelm your opponent with destruction effects and pure attack power. The Extra Deck in this build is mainly used as utility for the likes of Pot of Disparity, and Dogmatika Punishment, but we can also go into Rank 8s such as Dingirsu and Zombiestein (sometimes you just need a beater!).
There's plenty of cards to help mill and search, such as Dark Spirit's Mastery, Void Apocalypse, Foolish Burial, and Danger! Mothman. The Dark Spirit monsters help revive your fiends and maintain pressure, whereas cards such as Skill Drain, Gozen Match and Mystic Mine help render your opponent powerless.
Mystic Mine works very well with Archfiends, as they rely on destroying themselves. Therefore, you can pop cards on the field with monsters such as Archfiend Emperor, only for him to get destroyed as well, ensuring that you always have less monsters until you need to push for lethal!
In addition, we also run 3 copies of Successor Soul and 2 copies of Zoa to send monsters rather than destroy. Since Archfiend Emperor destroys himself, you can use his effect to pop cards, then send an additional card through Successor Soul and then rewarding your efforts with a 2600 beatstick!
