The best way to play this is the same way as Invoked Shaddoll Dogmatika has been played historically, with a few differences. For one, you're going second. For two, I had to optimize it against Tearlaments, because they are an ever-present threat.
The primary blind second power cards are Dark Ruler No More, Ultimate Slayer and Super Polymerization, though Shaddoll Fusion is also much more powerful going second rather than first. Your goal, essentially, is to break your opponent's board while building a nigh-unstoppable board yourself, as you trade your opponent's turn 1 setup with 1 or 2 tech cards from your hand, leaving your opponent with nothing to come back with. The deck is incredibly powerful for an oldy, but because of this particular spin on it I believe it may be able to hold out against Tearlaments.
Note that Dogmatika Maximus is being played in the main, and that depending on the matchup this can hinder more than help.
The side deck consists of: The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode for the big boards that can't be taken by Super Poly; Cosmic Cyclones and a Lightning Storm for backrow; Mask Change II for chain-blocking Aleister into Masked HERO Dark Law for the ultimate GY hate; Evenly Matched for the decks you know can't handle it; and Anti-Spell Fragrance & Solemn Judgment for turn 1 techs.
