This is a Dark Rank 4 deck primarily based around the Time Thief/Raidraptor/Rokket Archetypes, with Time Thief Regulator as the deck master.
Regulator is an insane starter card that's basically a Rescue Cat but for level 4. The goal of the deck is to summon everyone's favourite annoying time travelling white haired anime boy and then roll from there, taking advantage of the fact that Redoer can peace out at practically any time to dodge removal. You have the potential for a fairly explosive turn 1 in which you'll end on Rusty with a set Fog Blade and Rank Up Magic Force, and Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon ready to rank up into Dark Requiem Xyz Dragon; while also having the ability to play a slower midrange game thanks to Redoer and the fact that Rokket monsters all float when destroyed.
