Yeah so after a month of tweaking and experimenting I got this monstrosity of a deck. It has about the consistency of an Exodia deck and is bound to confuse your opponent. This deck can probably play through an ash blossom maybe two and if your royal magical library is negated by impermanence or effect vailer it isn't the end of the world. The strat is this you want to draw out of your deck four level four special summons (this can include royal magical library) Xyz summon an Angle of Misceif and a Zoodiac with 2 of your monsters. Then Rank climb until you get Seven materials attached to your monster. Use Shien's spy on that monster to give it to your opponent. Xyz summon Mischief and use the spell Overlay Capture to raise Mischief to 10 materials and enjoy your opponent's confusion.
