Guardragon Alliance

So basically, you put your monsters in the grave with Dragon Shrine, then bring them back with Silver's Cry or activate an effect like Kidmodo Dragon's. You can use Ancient Rules to get out Labradorite Dragon, and then go into Synchro plays. Lower level dragons are important too, for Xyz plays and also to get out Five-Headed dragon.  However, there isn't a lot of draw power, yet. You really want to get out Ultimaya Tzolkin, because that gives you access to strong Synchros every time you set a card.
