Heroic in 2022

Hi guys!

So heroic got support in the new set, it’s an older archetype that, despite being interesting, is not that good.

But they just got five new cards, all of them pretty good in their own way.

Here’s my build for Heroics, in 2022.

Heroics are an earth warrior archetype using xyz monsters to get their job done. They recently got support to make an otk. I made an “ftk” list, it’s not really an ftk but it can win before your opponent does anything.

This list also has some nasty stuff it can do, particularly with the second engine I have, Bamboo.

The idea is that you can drop Excalibur, make it double, clavesolish then doubles it again, then the cursed bamboo sword lets it attack directly for game.

But if you go first there’s something different they can do, a turn skip.

Essentially the idea is to force your opponent to skip the main phases and make them pass, then swing for game, it’s pretty inconsistent but incredibly funny when it pulls off.
