This list is by no means meta but it does make a lot of fun playing it.
The deck is fine going second because of the Monarch engine but has good options going first with cards like Re-qliate/Skill Drain and Monarch Stormforth.
If played correctly you can get a lot of advantage, that said the deck is not easy to play if your not familiar with Qli´s.
As always don't copy a deck 1 to 1, add your flavor to it.
I love Qliphorts a lot and i´m working on them all the time to make them as good as possible.
