R-ace, Purrely and Mikanko's weird brother, a control playstyle focused on Fire Machine/Warrior monsters that use from Quickplays and Traps to stop your opponent on their tracks and swarm the field with their on-hand effects that activate in response to monster effects.
The main man in the deck is the unassuming Rescue-ACE Hydrant , a LV1 monster that allows you to get imediate use from the cards set by their other important monster Rescue-ACE Turbulence and it can add any of your monsters from your deck to hand, this guy is important for their S/T, so important in fact some builds use Gizmek Naganaki, the Sunrise Signaler to summon him from your deck, but I chose not to because the other monsters can fetch him from your deck if you really need to in addition to One for One and Pot of Prosperity His level also means Linkuriboh is a viable card in the deck.
Rescue-ACE Turbulence on the other hand for the low price of banishing any two of your R-ace cards in your grave can special summon itself and set 4 differently named R-ace S/T, which get different effects if our little boy Rescue-ACE Hydrant is on the field, RESCUE! can summon one of your dead R-ace or if Hydrant is on the field you can summon one monster in your opponent's GY instead, ALERT! which can add from GY one of your R-ace monsters or if Hydrant is on the field you can add it from your deck instead, CONTAIN! is the negate + stops attacks and if Hydrant is on the field it cant be used for an Extra Deck summon and finally EXTINGUISH! its a pop that Called by the Grave the monster if Hydrant is on the field.
Rescue-ACE Impulse and Rescue-ACE Air Lifter can tribute themselves from the hand or field to summon a Machine type R-ace from your deck and to summon any R-ace from your hand respectively, their unique effect is being able to negate the effect of the monster with highest attack and to search 1 R-ace Spell which in most case you want to fetch their field Rescue-ACE HQ which gives you an extra Normal Summon of a R-ace and recycles the banished/in gy R-ace cards. Rescue-ACE Fire Attacker and Rescue-ACE Fire Engine can SS themselves to the field if a R-ace was summoned, Attacker gives you 2 draws if your opponent adds a card to their hand while engine summons a LV4 or lower R-ace from anywhere.
Now for the tech cards, Prime Planet Paraisos , Kashtira Fenrir and Kashtira Riseheart , Fenrir gives you ways to deal with overwhelming boards and gives you discard fodder, it can also search Rise that can SS itself if you control a Kashtira monster so you can go into a R4NK with your other LV4s, SPYRAL Resort and SPYRAL Super Agent which can be searched with the field to give you another LV4 body. Both of the fields can be activated via Set Rotation or Reinforcement of the Army .
Since the LVs on the deck are weird you only run some R4NKs, Number 39: Utopia Double gives you a massive body with Double or Nothing! and go into Number 99: Utopia Dragonar which in turn summons Number 38: Hope Harbinger Dragon Titanic Galaxy . Springans Merrymaker to overlay into Gigantic "Champion" Sargas to fetch Therion "King" Regulus which causes the XYZ to become a 4mat Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder .
The new support (REINFORCE!) is unfortunately not what the deck needed and it pales in comparison to Fu-Ri the Orb Mikanko or Purrely Lily , hopefully they will receive some good support in the near future.
