Scrap deck, tried to make it as consistent as possible

The deck mostly lives with its Dragons so you try to get them out as soon as possible. However Scrap Dragon Turbo has never really been the meta so don't expect to compete on national levels with this deck profile, especially since it literally dies to any form of disruption. The strategy is to get out Scrap Dragon or Twin Dragon and recycle Scrap Chimera back to the hand using anothe Scrap's effect so you can easily replace the Dragon in case he dies. Atomic is only in here for being the "biggest" Scrap Dragon despite arguably being the worst if we are trying to break through a field. However he can easily mess with GY-setups which many decks are centered around nowadays. Scrap Factory and Shark in hand will usually result in a Twin Dragon and a Wyvern as well as whatever you can come up with using the other 3 cards. I won't guarantee the deck will perform greatly but I will guarantee a certain degree of fun while playing it which is the most important in my opinion and Scraps just feel so underappreciated except for Recycler who funnily enough has no real place in a pure-ish Scrap build due to him being the only machine that would be run in the deck. You can build the deck more around him but the consistency of the Scrap engine would suffer from that.
