A 'Stall Mill' Deck for Yugi/Kaiba format (May 2002). I like to only win Game 1.
This is not usually what Stall Mill looks like in this format, 46 cards is a bit much even for Stall Mill. But the idea behind this version is to use Hane-Hane/Wall of Illusion with Card Destruction to mill out their deck faster. Stall Mill is kinda a drag so I am all for any technique that can make it faster.
