The thesis statement of this deck is textbook "Mystic Mine" stall, while using burn cards like "Cauldron of the Old Man" and, notably, "Earthbound Immortal Chacu Challhua" to slowly whittle down your opponent over the course of the Duel. (Note: the Extra Deck is entirely throwaway cards for "Pot of Extravagance;" there are probably toolkit cards that could be included in the Extra Deck, but I've chosen not to overcomplicate the admittedly pretty dumb premise of this deck.
The first and most important objective is to get "Mystic Mine" onto the field; if it's not in your opening hand, cards like "Terraforming," "Metaverse," and "Pot of Extravagance" can assist in either searching or drawing it. Once active on the field, it can be protected by "Field Barrier;" this also prevents "Mystic Mine" from destroying itself by its secondary effect, so you don't have to worry about your opponent playing around it by matching the amount of monsters you have on the board. Once in effect, your main objective is to burn your opponent's LP to zero, and prevent them from doing anything while doing so. Stalling cards such as "Anti-Spell Fragrance" and "There Can Be Only One" keep your opponent from cracking back and getting rid of either your monster(s) or their own; your main forms of damage, meanwhile, are going to be multiple copies of "Cauldron of the Old Man," as well as one copy of "Earthbound Immortal Chacu Challhua" in defense position. Not only does "Earthbound Immortal Chacu Challhua" do substantial burn on its own (which can be increased further by Equip Spells that boost its defense, but I opted not to include these in the deck,) but it also prevents your opponent from moving into the Battle Phase while in defense position, further reducing the chances of them being able to retaliate while you burn their LP.
