Why Guardragon Elpy will not be banned

Guardragon Elpy is part of the guardragon archetype which like ice barrier, has a garbage tier main deck but some of the best extra deck cards of all time. Elpy is played mostly in Dragon Link and Dragonmaids, both around Tier 2. Konami will focus on the tier 1 decks like VW and Eldlich meaning decks tht play elpy are off konamis radar.
Also, i believe Konami made elpy good on purpose, and won't get rid of it
Guardragon is a lore archetype, being introduced towards the end of the World Legacy story, so konami couldve easily limited what you could summon off of elpy, pisty and agarpain or their materials for summon and make them irrelevant like krawlers, but instead made them completely generic. There is no reason for elpy to be so generic unless done on purpose.

Romulous isn't ban worthy. If we are talking about hits to D-link, i think the most likely one is either Halq (which extends to more decks and doesn't affect them too much so that's a plus for me), or one of the Guardragons. Personally i don't expect D-link to be hit (or want it to be hit), but who knows with Konami.

I don't even know why the would hit a tier fucking 2 deck lmao. Y'all expect too much. Virtual World is the problem deck, not D-link. Borreload Savage won't even get banned, that's idiotic to expect that.
