DO YOU BUY CARDS FOR YOUR DECKS IN PIECES OR ALL AT ONCE??

If I want a deck I buy it all at once when I can afford the whole thing, I won’t slowly get it card by card. I know that if I’m going to not get the whole thing at once and slowly wait then later I’ll change my mind and go for something else. I’m also not really good at keeping track of cards if it isn’t already in a complete deck.
