Description: While this card is face up on the field, all your Level 4 LIGHT Thunder-Type monsters you control, (including this card), cannot be targeted for attacks and become unnaffected by your opponents monsters effects (even if continuous). Your opponent cannot Tribute your face-up Level 4 LIGHT Thunder-Type monsters to Summon monsters.
Thunderstrike Call
Spell card
Type: Normal
Description: Pay 4000 LP. Then Special Summon As much Level 4 LIGHT Thunder-Type monsters as possible from your Deck, Hand, GY and/or Banish zone, ignoring its Summoning conditions. For the rest of the duel you cannot special summon monsters. You cannot declare attacks the turn you activate this effect (but you can still enter your Battle Phase). Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this card's activation. After this card activation, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until this card effect resolves and the monster(s) summoned by this card are successfully summoned. You can only activate this card once per duel.

Description: Add 1 Spell or Trap card that lists a "Level 4 LIGHT Thunder-Type monster" in it from your Deck to your Hand, except "Linkin Thunder". If this card's activation or effect is negated, you can pay 500 LP, activate it again after the chain resolves.

Nice, Thunder is already quite powerful this would definitely make it the top Meta right now

One problem though is that on Thunderstrike Call I would make it so that instead of not being able to special summon for the rest of the duel I’d instead make it so you have to either pay life points until you have 100 left or make it so you can’t attack or special summon for 2 turns after this cards activation

I put the speciaal summon restriction to make reasonable to summon as many monster as possible from anywhere.
