Red-Eyes Summoning Dragon/Effect:

This card's name becomes "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" while in your hand, Deck, GY, and on the field. If you control "Dark Magician" or if your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card or effect (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon this card from the GY (if it was there) or hand (even if not).You can only Special Summon "Red-Eyes Summoning Dragon" once per turn this way. When your opponent's monster declares an attack: You can negate the attack, then if you do, destroy that monster. During your opponent's turn (Quick Effect): Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; until the end of this turn, it cannot declare an attack, also its effects are negated (if any). You can only use each effect of "Red-Eyes Summoning Dragon" once per turn.

Trivia: This is card's effects are inspired by the same episode of 134 from Duel Monsters where Kaibas Summoning Flute summons REBD from Yugis hand. Also the other effects are inspired by the anime card called Magician's Selection (that destroys an attacking monster) and Spellbinding Circle.
