Database Advanced Search follow up and Format Function

So some time ago I asked whether the Advanced search options could be changed so that when searching for a Monster you can actually Search a monster with 0 atk/0Def or a Pendulum scale of 0. 
I was wondering if this has had a chance to be looked at. 

Edit: Also Have option for Less than and More than Value 
I also was wondering if on Deck Builder, If you import a deck and then Switch the Format to say "Edison" It will tell you if the card is at the very least on the Banlist (in this case, add a Banlist search Function in the drop down menu) and tell you if said card was released after said format and as such is illegal. Would be very helpful
